Reynoldsburg UMC has a long history of service to the people of Haiti.  Since 2016, we have been working in partnership with Servants In Fellowship (SIF) Ministries run by Greg and Cathie Benson.  The Benson’s have dedicated their lives to working alongside the Haitians to spread the good news through their mission of “Sharing Christ by Serving Others.”

Join us March 21-28, 2020* as we go back to Haiti to bless the Haitian people and once again partner with SIF Ministries in the construction of homes, churches and schools. No construction experience?  No problem!  Not able to climb a ladder?  Then you can hold one!  Don’t know how to use a power drill?  We will teach you!  If God has called you to serve, then there is a place for you on this team.

If you are interested in learning more, we encourage you to attend one of our information meeting. Past team members are waiting to share their story and tell you about how Haiti changed their lives.

This mission field is not about just building houses, it’s about so much more.  Join us and see for yourself how God is ready to work in your life.

If you are unable to attend an informational meeting or just are seeking more info on the trip please contact us at:

Greg and Cathie, originally from Ohio, hosts teams from across the country in their guesthouse in Port-au-Prince.  In recent years, SIF’s primary ministry has been collaborating with local leaders to foster safety and opportunity in their already established communities. SIF replaces post-earthquake tents with small homes and assists in other ways if possible.  In addition to the construction of these homes, SIF has dug wells, supported new churches, built schools, and helped to transform the lives of countless Haitians and Americans through their selfless service.

* The 2020 Haiti team has a limited number of spots (22), team members must be 12 years of age or older.  Members 12-18 years of age MUST be traveling with a parent or guardian.
